The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter the “TOU”) is to define the terms of access and the terms of use of the website www.l2ec.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
The use of the Site is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, which any user acknowledges to accept without reservation solely because of their access to the Site. Users who do not wish to be bound by these TOU must immediately renounce their right to remain on the Site and immediately cease using it.
The only counterpart to the use of these legal notices, is the total commitment to leave the credit link subdelirium on this page of legal notices.

Creator: The Site is created by the company Val d’Oise Communication, a simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S) whose registered office is located 9 Chaussée Jules César 95520 Osny, identified under number 811 984 566 RCS Pontoise.
Publishing Manager: L2EC
The person responsible for publication is a natural person or a legal person.

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use. These Terms of Use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the Site are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.
This Site is normally accessible to users at any time. However, a technical maintenance interruption may be decided by L2EC, which will then endeavour to inform users beforehand of the dates and times of the intervention.
The Site is updated regularly by Lucie Triquet. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they are nevertheless mandatory for the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED

The purpose of the Site is to provide information about all of the company’s activities.
L2EC endeavours to provide on the Site as accurate information as possible. However, it may not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether they are due to it or the fact of the third-party partners who provide it with this information.
All information provided on the Site is for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive. They are subject to changes that have been made since they were posted.

  1. CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS ON TECHNICAL DATA

The Site uses CMS technology WordPress, HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript as well as JQuery.
The Website may not be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Website. In addition, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent material, not containing viruses and with a browser.

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COUNTERFEITING
    L2EC is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.
    Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or the process used, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization from: L2EC.
    Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constitutive of an infringement and continued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
  2. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

L2EC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment during access to the Site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set out in point 4, the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
L2EC may also not be held liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site.
Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. L2EC reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, L2EC also reserves the right to call into question the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, in particular in the case of messages of a racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

  1. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the Site, may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
In any case, L2EC only collects personal information relating to the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the Site. The user shall provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he himself enters it. It is then specified to the user of the Site the obligation or not to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, all users have a right of access, rectification and opposition to their personal data, by making his written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.
No personal information of the user of the Site is published without the knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the assumption of the purchase of L2EC and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of retention and modification of the data vis-à-vis the user of the Site.
The site is not reported to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information. Databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

  1. HYPERLINKS AND COOKIES

The Site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the permission of L2EC. However, L2EC does not have the possibility to verify the content of the sites visited, and will therefore assume no responsibility for this fact.
Browsing the Site may cause the installation of a cookie(s) on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a Site. The data thus obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the site, and are also intended to allow various measures of visitation.
Refusing to install a cookie may make it impossible to access certain services. The user can however configure his computer in the following way, to refuse the installation of cookies:
Under Internet Explorer: tool tab (cog pictogram at the top right) / internet options. Click Privacy and choose Block all cookies. Confirm Ok.
Under Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click the Privacy tab.
Set the Retention Rules to: use custom settings for history. Finally uncheck it to disable cookies.
Under Safari: Click the menu pictogram (symbolized by a cog) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Show Advanced Settings. In the Privacy section, click Content Settings. In the «Cookies» section, you can block cookies.

Under Chrome: Click the menu pictogram (symbolized by three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Show Advanced Settings. In the Privacy section, click Preferences. In the “Privacy” tab, you can block cookies.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
